God Save Our Troops

Gordon Brown is willing to continue the death toll for British troops in Iraq, despite the fact that they are defending a corrupted Hamid Karzai government. Is it just me or does this hint that our current Prime Minister is a big fat hypocrite. Because I recall him displaying his feelings of concern over the stability of Iraq not to long ago , and he was yapping on about how important it was for the Iraqi people to have the power to vote. But than, a couple of months ago after the first election in Iraq it was obvious that the current president Karzai had rigged votes. However, despite these findings, both the American and the British government are backing this great “role model”. It just proves yet again, how the British and US government are just as corrupt as the guys they point their crooked fingers at.

Saddam Hussein was no worse than Gordon Brown in my opinion and I based this purely on his willingness to murder Iraqi citizens. Well news flash Gordon Brown is very willing to sacrifice the lives of British soldiers who are by the way British citizens. As far as I am concerned, the military has played its role, made the efforts to evoke change, but yet still Iraq remains corrupted by the likes of its own so-called leaders. What we need to ask ourselves is why would the likes of the pro democratic, pro diplomatic, pro freedom fighting nations be willing to play ball with such a figure. Because they can contain him, the same way they thought they could contain the likes of a young Saddam Hussein who than decided he could do what the hell he wanted. That was when Hussein went from being a crony to being the biggest terrorist in the history of the last decade. I am not saying that Hussein was a good guy he clearly was not, but Britain and the US used to sleep in the same bed as him when it was convenient.

Anyway, I am getting carried away so let me get back to the point at hand. As I said Britain and the US want Karzai to be Iraqi president over Abdullah-Abdullah, because he is more willing to be appeased by external influences of the western world, which leaves the US and British government to bathe in that lovely oil. Thats how much they care about the troops who are dying in Iraq. They are not dying for any the reasons we hear through propaganda such as freedom, diplomacy or fairness, they are dying for GREED.
